In collaboration with Silver Bean Events

We’ll begin in the shop with a glass of Tasmanian sparkling on arrival while Pip walks guests through the process of creating a floral urn arrangement, from choosing flowers and considering shape and movement, to finding your own way with materials.

Along the way, Silver Bean Events will serve a series of light hand held dishes , pausing us occasionally as each dish arrives. Once suitably fed, watered and full of ideas, we’ll make our way to the art studio behind the shop.

Each guest will have their own concrete urn, bucket of flowers (peony season!), snips and everything needed to create the arrangement. You can leave your urn raw or wax it yourself, bringing out the colour, texture and character of the concrete. Pip will be there to guide you as you find your own way with it, and the finished urn and arrangement are yours to take home.

This class would really suit anyone with a garden who would like to learn the skills to turn what’s growing around them into arrangements for their home.

Places are limited to 12

Doors open at 5.30pm ready for an immediate start.
